CPSC and Lutron Electronics In conjunction with Health Canada are recalling 35,000 roller shades. The recall indicates that the window shades can become dislodged from their brackets and fall, posing an impact hazard. Lutron has received 36 reports of incidents of shades falling from mounting brackets. No injuries were reported. The roller shades were eligible to bear the cULus Mark. The recalls can be viewed at:
