20150709 – CPSC announces recall of Hearth & Home Technologies Recalls Gas Fireplaces Due to Fire Hazard.

In cooperation with the CPSC, Hearth & Home Technologies is recalling 2,500 gas fireplaces.  The recall indicates that the back of the firebox can bow out, posing a fire hazard. The manufacturer has received two reported incidents involving minor property damage, there have been no reports of injury.  The recall units were eligible to bear the cULus Mark.
