20150605 – CPSC & Cree Recalls LED T8 Lamps Due to Burn Hazard

CPSC and Cree announced the recall of 700,000 LED T8 Lamps, the recall indicates that electrical arcing may cause the lamp to overheat and melt posing a burn hazard. Cree has received  four reports of overheating and melting, no injuries have been reported.  The recalled lamps were eligible to bear the cULus Mark.
