20150908 – Recall of LED Lights..

CPSC, Health Canada and Technical Consumer Products announced the recall of 24,400 LED down lights for recesed cans.  (6,200 in Canada) The recall indicates that the internal wiring in the LED down lights can contact the down light’s metal trim, posing a shock hazard to consumers.  Technical Consumer Products has not received any reports of injuries. The LED down light was eligible to bear the cULus Mark.
